White Chocolate Silver Pearl Cake Pops
Ingredients:
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup white chocolate melting wafers
- Silver pearl sprinkles
- 12 cake pop sticks
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and grease a cake pop pan
In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water
Mix until well combined
Fold in the white chocolate chips and cream cheese until evenly distributed in the batter
Fill each cake pop cavity with the batter and bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Allow the cake pops to cool completely
Melt the white chocolate melting wafers according to the package instructions
Dip each cake pop stick into the melted white chocolate and insert it into a cake pop
Dip each cake pop into the melted white chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated
Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle silver pearl sprinkles over the cake pops
Place the cake pops upright on a parchment-lined tray to allow the chocolate to set completely
