Vegan Pineapple Dole Whip with Rum

Ingredients:
- 4 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup
- 1/4 cup white rum optional
- Pineapple slices and mint leaves for garnish optional
Instructions:
Put the frozen pineapple chunks, coconut milk, and agave syrup in a blender
Mix until it's creamy and smooth
If you want to, add the rum and blend again until it's all mixed in
