Vegan Pineapple Dole Whip with Rum



Indulge in this refreshing and tropical vegan treat that combines the sweetness of pineapple with creamy coconut milk. The addition of rum gives it an extra kick, perfect for a summer day or a relaxing evening.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup
  • 1/4 cup white rum optional
  • Pineapple slices and mint leaves for garnish optional

Instructions:

Put the frozen pineapple chunks, coconut milk, and agave syrup in a blender

Mix until it's creamy and smooth

If you want to, add the rum and blend again until it's all mixed in

Put the mix into bowls or glasses

If you want, you can add pineapple slices and mint leaves as a garnish

Serve right away and enjoy!
