Slow Cooker Honey Mustard Chicken
This Slow Cooker Honey Mustard Chicken is a delicious and easy-to-make meal that's perfect for busy weeknights. The combination of sweet honey and tangy mustard creates a flavorful sauce that coats tender chicken breasts. Just toss everything into the slow cooker and let it do the work for you!
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley optional, for garnish
Instructions:
Put honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and mix them together with a whisk
Put chicken breasts in the crock pot
Spread the honey mustard mix over the chicken breasts so that all of them are covered
When the chicken is fully cooked and soft, cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or high for 2 to 3 hours
Take the chicken out of the slow cooker when it's done and shred or slice it as you like
Place chicken on a plate and pour sauce over it
If you want, you can add chopped fresh parsley on top
