Mango Turmeric Smoothie
A bright and refreshing smoothie that is full of the tropical flavors of mango and the earthy benefits of turmeric.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup diced mango
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- Ice cubes optional
Instructions:
In a blender, blend together diced mango, banana, yogurt, coconut water, turmeric, and honey or maple syrup
Mix until it's creamy and smooth
You can add ice cubes and blend again to make it smooth if you want to
Pour into glasses and serve right away
